Rehabilitation Manager

Coordinate policies, objectives, and programs for rehabilitation therapy delivery, including speech therapy services. Oversee staff performance, business planning, and budget development while providing administrative guidance on day-to-day management. Ensure team members assist participants in appointment preparation and conduct home visits to oversee treatment services, equipment setup, and in-person interventions. Manage contract operations for speech therapy and ensure compliance with regulatory statutes, PACE, and ADHC rules. Maintain regular communication with the Center Director and Clinical Services Director regarding staffing needs and facility procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in physical, occupational, or speech therapy with five years of rehabilitation experience.
