Rehabilitation Coverage Counselor I

Conduct daily client activities, including baseline behavior identification, self-help skill evaluation, and teaching daily living skills. Ensure client safety through regular room and house checks, while planning and implementing recreational activities and overseeing facility housekeeping. Manage kitchen operations by planning menus, shopping for supplies, and supervising meal service. Assist clients in completing assigned tasks and meet with staff to organize work assignments and conduct group counseling. Provide prompt crisis intervention, on-the-spot counseling, and timely charting of client behaviors and significant shift events. Record observations relevant to treatment and success in client logs.
