Job Summary
Manage complex psychological cases and provide health coaching to guide clients through their return to life journey after physical or psychological injury. Perform one-off vocational assessments face-to-face and virtually across the country while supporting clients to achieve personal return to life goals. Deliver non-comp and claim-related psychosocial support to large corporate and government customers using award-winning psychosocial risk tools. Work full-time or part-time with flexibility to set your own hours and location, utilizing teleconference, employer visits, or phone for effective outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psych or Psychology
- Be eligible for membership with ASORC, AASW or APHRA
- Pass a national criminal check, and working with children check prior to commencing employment
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
