Rehabilitation Counsellor

Conduct complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme by identifying and addressing critical physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors. Provide strategies to address these factors in practice through relevant assessments, including Initial Needs, Workplace, and Vocational Assessments. Deliver Vocational Counselling, facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling while collaborating with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and allied health practitioners. Maintain current drivers' licence, reliable vehicle, police clearance, and Working with Children Check. ASORC membership and relevant qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling required.
