Manage a caseload of clients providing return-to-work assistance across the South West region of Western Australia; perform ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments; build trusted relationships with stakeholders; perform documentation and report writing; supported by a company vehicle/allowance and IT equipment; opportunity for professional development and flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Nursing
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not essential but will be viewed favourably
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
