Rehabilitation Consultant - Reg Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor

Manage a caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants while applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes. Partner with employers, employees, insurers, and healthcare professionals to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs. Conduct clinical and vocational assessments, including initial, workplace, functional capacity, activity daily, and vocational assessments, to identify barriers and design practical solutions for recovery. Collaborate with injured workers across Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, and employer-funded schemes to achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work goals. This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a multidisciplinary team at IPAR, a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting Australians living with illness, injury, or disability.
