Job Summary
Use specialist knowledge to help people return to meaningful employment following workplace injury or personal challenges. Deliver prevention, rehabilitation, and training services through Insurance, Employment, and Disability schemes to minimize the impact of illness and disability. Manage effective case planning, coordination, and monitoring of client progress toward return-to-work goals while engaging stakeholders to drive successful partnerships. Work independently within a supportive team environment, utilizing clinical expertise to support clients' journeys through various service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
