Job Summary
Rehabilitation Consultant role in Canberra supporting clients to regain independence and achieve goals through assessments, rehabilitation planning, and return-to-work strategies. You will design and deliver intervention programmes, identify barriers, and collaborate with clients, families, medical teams, and employers. Requires Australian-recognised degree with AHPRA or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC) or Social Work (ASORC). Flexible working arrangements include community, home, and office sites, with hybrid remote options and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
- Qualifications in Social Work and ASORC Accreditation
- Willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver’s licence)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Committed to high level of customer service
- Punctuality and time management abilities
