Rehabilitation Consultant - Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary
Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants while applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes. Partner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, insurers, and healthcare professionals. Conduct clinical and vocational assessments, including initial, workplace, and functional capacity evaluations, to identify barriers and design practical solutions supporting recovery. Deliver occupational rehabilitation services across Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, and employer-funded schemes to achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work goals. This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a multidisciplinary team at IPAR, a national provider supporting thousands of Australians living with illness, injury, or disability.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve positive outcomes
- Empathy, resilience, and a client-centred approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation
