Job Summary
Senior Rehabilitation Consultant role focusing on helping clients recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach. Manage a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, CTP, and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. Hybrid work model (home, client sites and office). Requires a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and AHPRA/ESSA accreditation; strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building with internal and external partners. Located in Canberra with hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- AHPRA/ESSA accreditation
- Full driver’s license and access to own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
