Job Summary
Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and daily living assessments to evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver services across industries, supporting clients to identify future employment or training options. Manage case plans to coordinate and monitor client progress toward sustainable return-to-work goals while engaging stakeholders to drive successful partnerships. Perform assessments in areas of clinical expertise including occupational therapy, exercise physiology, or physiotherapy. Work independently or as part of a team to enable individuals and organizations to achieve long-lasting impact through workplace injury prevention solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP
- Exposure to Occupational Rehabilitation
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
