Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, provide workplace rehabilitation services within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments; identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers; liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve appropriate outcomes; and designing, implementing and monitoring programs to help injured employees return to the workforce. Requires Australian-recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, willingness to travel (vehicle and driver’s licence required), and exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
