Job Summary
Manage a varied caseload supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative workload while guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey. Apply clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes by collaborating with employers and employees on injury prevention initiatives and workplace education programs. Conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments to support individuals with injury or health conditions toward sustainable recovery. Develop and implement tailored Return to Work plans for clients recovering from workplace injury or illness across multiple schemes. Work autonomously with strong time management skills to structure your day while delivering tailored occupational rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy with Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
- A current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and/or clinical experience supporting individuals with neurodivergent conditions is highly desirable
