Job Summary
Rehabilitation Consultant role for an Occupational Therapist in IPAR Darwin, across workplace rehabilitation, aged care and community-based OT services. You will conduct ADL assessments, ergonomic and home assessments, and DVA home assessments; contribute to the Re-thinking Recovery program using virtual reality and contemporary pain science; liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals and insurers to achieve aligned rehabilitation outcomes; support return-to-work and independent functioning; ideal for new graduates with registration and a desire to work in a wellness-focused, multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Problem solving and initiative
- Passion for injury prevention and return to work
- Current driver licence and access to own vehicle
