Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

Manage a caseload of clients with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to work and health outcomes, conducting comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate functional abilities and recommend equipment or home modifications. Liaise with employers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals across workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare, and DVA schemes. Prepare timely reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning while utilizing Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks. Requires full AHPRA registration, a driver's license, and access to a car.
