Job Summary
Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants while applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes. Partner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, insurers, and healthcare professionals. Conduct clinical and vocational assessments including initial, workplace, and functional capacity evaluations to identify barriers and design practical solutions for recovery. This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a multidisciplinary team at IPAR's Orange NSW site, welcoming new graduates and early-career professionals into a structured learning environment with clear career pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve positive outcomes
- Empathy, resilience, and a client-centred approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
