Rehabilitation Consultant | Occupational Therapist

Develop personalised rehabilitation plans and conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments to support individuals regain independence and reintegrate into the workforce. Utilise lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones, while evaluating physical, psychological, and social factors through collaboration with clients, families, insurers, employers, and healthcare professionals. Present case information to stakeholders and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes. Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist required, with current drivers' licence and Australian working rights.
