Job Summary
Manage a caseload of clients with physical and psychological conditions to support their return to health and work outcomes. Conduct Initial, Worksite, and Vocational Assessments while collaborating with employers, medical professionals, and injured workers to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs. Deliver consultancy services including group mental health training, Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Adjustment to Injury Counselling across workers compensation, Comcare, and employer-funded schemes. Work autonomously with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to maximize return-to-work success. Requires QLD driver's license and car access.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership or Full AASW Membership
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry
- Fabulous communication skills

- A current QLD Driver's License
- Access to own car

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
