Rehabilitation Consultant

Job Summary
Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants while applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes. Partner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, insurers, and healthcare professionals. Conduct clinical and vocational assessments including initial, workplace, and functional capacity evaluations to identify barriers and design practical solutions supporting recovery. Deliver occupational rehabilitation services across Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, and employer-funded schemes to help clients achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work goals.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- A current NSW Driver's Licence
