Job Summary
Contract Rehabilitation Consultant (hybrid remote) to support individuals' recovery and return-to-work journeys across workers' compensation, MAIB, and workplace health assessments. Manage a portfolio of cases, conduct initial needs, worksite, and vocational assessments, and collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health staff. Document case notes with clinical judgment, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and contribute to regional growth. Requires a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and relevant accreditation, plus a full driver’s license and ABN.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling or Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist
- AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
- Driver's license and own car
- ABN (proprietary limited ABN)
- At least 3 years of Occupational Rehabilitation Consulting experience
