Job Summary
Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges, then conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments. Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life, while creating achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers, and healthcare partners. Celebrate progress, including small wins and major milestones. This full-time or part-time role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own diary. APM WorkCare focuses on preventing workplace injuries and helping people regain independence, health, and community participation through prevention, rehabilitation, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA
- Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
- A current WWCC (Working with children check)
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid driver's licence
