Job Summary
Rehabilitation Consultant role focusing on facilitating recovery and rehabilitation for individuals with injury, illness or disability. Develop personalised rehabilitation plans including Initial Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Vocational Assessments; deliver Vocational Counselling and interventions; identify return-to-work pathways and plan outcomes with stakeholders (clients, families, insurers, employers, other healthcare professionals). Utilize clinical experience and problem-solving to support return to work and functional independence; collaborate to present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive goals. Requires a tertiary Allied Health qualification, professional registration, and full Australian working rights. Located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Allied Health discipline
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA, ASORC, RCAA, AASW
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
