Job Summary
Rehabilitation Aide provides components of quality patient care under the supervision of licensed Therapists, assisting with routine physical and occupational therapy treatments, preparing equipment and supplies, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with therapists to support efficient treatment schedules. The role involves maintaining documentation in patient charts, communicating with facility staff, and facilitating patient transfers as directed, with duties tied to a Generations Healthcare skilled nursing and rehab setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- C.N.A License is preferred
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Completion of an on-the-job orientation and training program or demonstrates competency in each designated area
- Able to move and transfer residents in conjunction with standard treatment and in accordance with orientation and training program
