Rehabilitation Aide (Full Time) - SMMC

Rehabilitation Aide at St. Marys Medical Center (Essentia Health) is a full-time role supporting rehabilitation therapists in an acute care hospital. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas and equipment, assisting therapists with transporting and positioning patients for therapy, maintaining cleanliness and stock of supplies, greeting patients, coordinating with nursing staff for patient transport to/from therapy gyms, assisting in resettling patients post-therapy, participating in weekend rotations, and supporting Speech-Language Pathologists during FEES procedures as well as aiding Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists during therapy sessions. The position offers a typical schedule of Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with a Saturday rotation and may involve flexible start times.
