Job Summary
Oversee and mentor the entire rehab team to ensure the patient care plan is followed at all times. Direct operations including staff interviews, orientation, performance appraisals, and scheduling while verifying that services match the scope of care for patients. Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality delivery and serve as a liaison between the department and the Chief Nursing Officer to support clinical development. Actively promote professional development and competency for all staff while assisting with daily department needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date or within 90 days of employment
