Job Summary
Transport residents to and from treatment areas, prepare equipment for patient care, and assist therapists with non-resident activities including bed positioning, transfers, ambulation, and hygiene. Maintain inventory of therapy supplies, update patient records per Reliant protocols, and ensure compliance with infection control and environmental safety standards. Operate exercise equipment safely and conduct routine activities such as endurance and memory exercises as directed by therapy or nursing staff. Must hold a state-issued CNA license, work varying shifts including weekends and holidays, and travel between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- CNA license
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Must hold a state issued CNA license, if required by the state in which assigned
- Must be able to travel between facilities during scheduled hours
- Must be able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times
- Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct
- Comply with facility/customer requirements, policies and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend, in English, instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, productive work environment
