Job Summary
Assist clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries with daily living activities, personal care, medications, and community outings. Build positive relationships to encourage independence while maintaining a safe, structured environment. Coach and provide oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification. Candidates must pass background checks and fingerprints. Required Qualifications
- Certification as a CNA
- Associate's degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Two years' experience
- One year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech.
- Completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
