Job Summary
Rehabilitation Technician III provides residential shift leadership and oversees Rehab Tech I and II performance of prescribed/intervention techniques to patients in a rehabilitation setting, mentors Rehab Tech I and II staff, conducts training and documentation, monitors safety 24/7, supports crisis prevention/resolution, and assists clients with activities of daily living, mobility, transportation, social and leisure activities, bowel/bladder programs, medication needs, and medical appointments; requires CNA certification or a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or HS diploma with two years of experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and CPR/First Aid certification. On-site, 40-hour first shift in Grand Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a CNA or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with two years of experience, or one year as a HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
