Job Summary
Assist individuals recovering from traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. Support community outings, transportation, and therapeutic goals to promote independence and rebuild strength. Maintain a safe, structured environment while building trusted relationships and encouraging positive habits. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification. 2nd shift, 24-hour rotation in Grand Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Health care experience
