Job Summary
Entry-level Rehab Technician I in Eastwood (1st shift, 7am-3pm; Tue-Fri and every other weekend) supporting neuro rehabilitation in a residential setting. Responsibilities include Personal Care Support (bathing, dressing, toileting, mealtime adherence), Medical Care Support (medication management, basic wound, catheter, and colostomy bag care with training provided), Therapeutic Activities (facilitating PT/OT exercises and transporting clients to appointments), Monitoring and Support (documenting participation and progress), and Emotional Support to foster a positive, healing environment. Promotes independence and meaningful engagement, collaborates with rehabilitation therapists and team members, and contributes to individualized treatment plans. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
