Job Summary
Transport residents to and from therapy, assist with treatment preparation, and support licensed therapists with evaluations and programs. Maintain departmental records, manage equipment inventories, and attend in-service sessions as directed. Adhere to facility policies, participate in quality improvement programs, and project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program. Perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role at HealthPro Heritage's Freedom Village of Bradenton community in Bradenton, FL, offers a pay range of $14-$16/hr depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
