Transport patients for rehab treatment appointments and support therapists with positioning, splinting, wound care, and prescribed therapies. Maintain and upload patient documentation into the Health Information Management System while ensuring timely correspondence with doctors, the Employee Support Center, and facility administration via fax, email, or mail. Order and manage therapy equipment, supplies, and clerical materials, then sanitize and clean rehab equipment daily. Monitor temperature logs for hydrocollators and paraffin baths, ensuring proper calibration and safety. Adhere to HIPAA and corporate compliance policies while maintaining professional relationships with staff and patients. Requires one year of clerical experience, excellent writing skills, and strong time management.
