Job Summary
Support rehabilitation services by handling clerical tasks, coordinating therapy schedules with nursing and other departments, assisting patients and staff, maintaining compliant records and filing systems, answering calls, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Performs administrative duties under supervision of licensed therapists, adheres to Medicare regulations and state law, participates in performance improvement, and helps maintain treatment-area cleanliness and supply stocks.
Required Qualifications
