Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care under supervision of licensed therapists, monitoring responses to activities and reporting findings accurately. Perform general administrative duties including maintaining the care environment, cleaning equipment, stocking linens and supplies, monitoring equipment functions, and managing patient scheduling and registration. Judge patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with patients and supervisors. Work flexible hours based on assignment, potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CNA Certification preferred
- Previous experience working with the specific populations (Pediatrics, Adults, etc.) based on assignment
- Previous work experience in a hospital/clinic setting
- Previous experience using a personal computer and various software applications to include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
- Must demonstrate a willingness and ability to work with any patient types
