Job Summary
Supervise daily Rehab Services activities, coordinate staff and clinical affiliates, and oversee treatment schedules. Assist in planning policies, establish new programs, and monitor competency of personnel. Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census. Train new and current staff and assist in performance evaluations. Manage revenue cycle, registration, and insurance operations while leading the OP Physical Therapy team in an interdisciplinary setting. Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree
- Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state
- BCLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current
- Monday-Friday- Day shift- rotating holidays and weekends as per business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Strong verification, billing, and scheduling experience
- Oversee revenue cycle and registration/insurance
- Experience running an OP PT team (Clinic)
