Rehab Specialist

Assess functional abilities, implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that build daily living, social, and community skills for individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or brain injury needs. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, support family education, and advocate for client goals. This full-time, weekday role provides person-centered rehabilitation services within an inclusive culture focused on empathy, teamwork, and improving lives.
