Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients, therapists, and staff while maintaining daily clinic maintenance, including cleaning equipment, changing linens, and stocking supplies. Act as an extender to clinicians by assisting with exercise programs, setting up modalities, and printing home exercise programs under direction. Manage inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials and perform clerical duties such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and taking co-pays where applicable. Communicate observations during patient sessions and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Work part-time 20 hours weekly in morning and afternoon shifts at the Joliet location.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail oriented and demonstrates effective time management
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Windows; MS Office; Email access
- Ability to lift a maximum of 20 pounds to waist height
