Job Summary
Assist clinicians in delivering quality orthopedic care by setting up exercise programs, managing modalities, and printing home exercise programs under direction. Provide daily clinic maintenance including cleaning treatment tables, changing linens, stocking supplies, and organizing equipment to ensure safe conditions. Communicate observations to therapists during patient exercises and handle front desk duties such as patient check-ins, scheduling, and taking co-pays where applicable. Maintain inventory of clinical materials and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while supporting staff with daily tasks. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Flexible to work 40 hours as needed Monday - Friday
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail oriented and demonstrates effective time management
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift maximum of 20 pounds to waist height
- Skilled in Windows
- Skilled in Google
- Skilled in Email access
