Job Summary
Assist clinicians in delivering quality care by providing excellent customer service to therapy patients, therapists, and physician staff. Perform daily clinic maintenance including cleaning treatment tables, changing linens, stocking supplies, and organizing exercise equipment to ensure safe conditions. Act as an extender to therapists by assisting with exercise programs, setting up equipment and modalities, and communicating observations during patient sessions. Print home exercise programs under clinician direction and manage inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials. Handle front desk duties such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, taking co-pays, and answering the phone where applicable. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain a positive, professional attitude while supporting the rehab staff and management team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree minimum or currently attending
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail oriented and demonstrates effective time management
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Windows; MS Office; Email access
- Ability to work with patients regardless of diagnosis, age, or background
- Maintain a positive attitude in clinic
- Demonstrates professionalism with prompt work attendance and flexibility with established work hours
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare experience preferred
