Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients, therapists, and staff in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office. Perform daily clinic maintenance including cleaning treatment tables, changing linens, and stocking supplies while keeping exercise equipment orderly and compliant with IBJI guidelines. Act as an extender to clinicians by assisting with exercise programs, setting up equipment and modalities, and printing home exercise programs under direction. Communicate observations during patient sessions and handle front desk duties such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and taking co-pays where applicable. Maintain inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials while strictly following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient identity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current student of have completed a high school education
- Available to work 12-15 hours per week
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail oriented and demonstrates effective time management
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Windows; MS Office; Email access
- Ability to lift 20 pounds to waist height
