Job Summary
Assist clinicians in delivering quality care by providing excellent communication to therapy patients, therapists, and physician staff. Perform daily clinic maintenance including cleaning treatment tables, changing linens, stocking supplies, and ensuring exercise equipment remains orderly and safe. Act as an extender for therapists by assisting with exercise programs, setting up equipment and modalities, and printing home exercise programs under clinician direction. Communicate observations made during patient exercises and take initiative in assisting with patient care. Handle clerical duties such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, taking co-pays, and scanning when assigned. Maintain inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials and ensure compliance with IBJI guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma minimum required or currently enrolled
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail oriented and demonstrates effective time management
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Windows; MS Office; Email access
