Job Summary
Support orthopedic rehab clinicians in an outpatient setting by assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas and equipment, and performing front-desk duties as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining clinic organization and safety, assisting with exercise programs under clinician direction, printing home exercise programs, inventory management, and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and staff, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate professionalism and flexible attendance in a fast-paced rehab office.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Proficient in Windows; MS Office; email communication
- Detail oriented with effective time management
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills
