Rehab Services Tech IHR-Casual As Needed

Assist licensed clinicians with treatment plan implementation, transport patients between nursing pods and the Rehab Department, and manage daily department cleanup including linen restocking and equipment maintenance. Perform clerical duties such as mail processing, scheduling outpatient therapy, and tracking daily charge records. Monitor equipment temperatures, order supplies, and maintain inventory levels. Provide care consistent with department policies while documenting interactions and addressing patient cultural and psychosocial needs. Maintain BLS certification within 90 days of hire and attend ongoing learning opportunities.
