Job Summary
Deliver timely, individualized resident care by administering medications safely, executing physician orders accurately, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in electronic medical records. Coordinate consistently with the Interdisciplinary Team to update care plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations while minimizing legal risk. Manage time and workload efficiently to address resident and family concerns promptly, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and professional behavior. Maintain physical and mental stamina to perform under varying conditions, including emergencies, while adhering to infection control protocols and participating in ongoing education.
