Process outpatient billing clerical tasks to expedite initiation and continuation. Participate in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Perform all duties in a courteous, customer-focused manner according to Hurley Family Standards of Behavior while working under direct supervision of a departmental director who reviews work for conformance to established policies and procedures.
