Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed physical therapist supervision, utilizing modalities, manual techniques, and exercise regimens. Document patient and outpatient treatments while educating patients and caregivers on their care plans, incorporating their learning preferences. Assess responses to training sessions to ensure effective communication. Maintain adherence to Adventist Health safety protocols, including required vaccinations and E-Verify compliance. Full-time position in Waipahu, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or out patient setting
- Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
