Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed physical therapist supervision, utilizing modalities, manual techniques, and exercise protocols. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans while assessing their learning responses. Document patient and outpatient treatments as required. Maintain CPR or BLS certification and complete all mandatory vaccinations per Adventist Health policy. Work full-time across home health and hospice agencies in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or out patient setting
- Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
