Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed physical therapist supervision, including modalities, manual techniques, and exercise regimens for home health and hospice clients across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy responses while documenting treatments as necessary. Maintain CPR or BLS certification and complete required vaccinations per Adventist Health policy. This full-time role is based in Hauula, HI, with opportunities to work in acute care, outpatient, or home settings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or out patient setting
- Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
