Job Summary
Rehab Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple residential rehab projects across Pinellas County, coordinating contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring field operations run efficiently for projects ready for rent or resale. Role involves daily travel throughout Pinellas County with occasional travel to Pasco County; fast-paced, field-based construction environment; hours are full-time with 9:00 AM–6:00 PM presence and flexibility based on project demands. Compensation starts at $30/hour with potential increase after 3 months and performance-based bonuses, in addition to growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Construction, rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
