Job Summary
Program Manager - Rehab Program Manager/PTA in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) at Vi at Greyhawk in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time role serving across diverse care settings (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient) with opportunities to gain management experience without direct supervision. Responsibilities include treating patients as a lead in the building while handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison to the Director of Rehab; collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; and pursuing ongoing professional development through CEUs.
